Compulsory house rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

– Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.<\/span><\/h4>\n

– External visitors not included in the booking are not allowed.<\/h4>\n

– Parties or events are not allowed.<\/h4>\n

– It is forbidden to play music with speakers outdoors.<\/h4>\n

– Each house has an area with hammocks on the pool terrace for exclusive use.<\/h4>\n

– We ask not to abuse the use of the pool, occupying a proportional part of the water and time, so that the other guests cannot feel self-conscious about using it while maintaining safe distances.<\/h4>\n

– It is obligatory to leave the pool objects and towels ordered in the respective terraces during the day and night.<\/h4>\n

– After 10pm you cannot use the pool, the maximum noise allowed is a normal family dinner.<\/h4>\n

– From midnight, silence should prevail, respecting the rest of the other guests.<\/h4>\n

Breaking any of these rules means the breach of the lease.  The management will always give warning first. In case of repeated breaches, we will be able to proceed to the eviction of the house with the help of the competent police authority.<\/h4>\n
